Its a nice peaceful society. Suitable for kids and elders but its far city so city life will be missed.if that doesn’t bother you, you will love the society.

Nice place to live. but located too far from main city , Waterlogging when it rains and almost every day there is heavy traffic congestions on Bachupally road. So not so convenient to travel to main city.

Good society with dedicated security staff. Good maintenance and cooperative neighbours . Very near to pharma industrial area but not so much air pollution. Only issue is with location , mostly you won’t get immediate taxi from Ola or Uber. Not safe to commute by walk or two-wheeler late night. In rainy season there is sever water logging on road. Due to lake, there is mosquito issue and sometimes snakes nearby. If you are working at hi-tech city then office commute is very hectic due to very frequent traffic jams on Miyapur Bachupally road. In office hours it often takes 2 hrs to travel just 16KM from the Sunway.

Great place to live, gated safe community. Volleyball area is my fav. Visitor car parking should improve, outside roads are bad.

Very quite place. Have 2 blocks and each block has limited number of flats. As of now far from the main road and transportation might be a bit concern during weekends and late nights. For groceries and other necessities you need to travel to main road. Preferred to have own transportation. Roads are not that good and no street lights as well.

Malaysian township. Dream living. Well maintained. You come home to a peaceful place away from all the hustle bustle of the city. Rent is okay. Maintenance is bit on the higher side. Overall a great experience.

A very nice locality to stay. Away from city traffic. Nicely maintained with lots of greenery all around. Children have suffiecient area to play and grow. The community provides the best living experience. Ameenpur lake is visible and very near to the community. You can easily walk up the lake and relax. If greenery is what you need then this is the best place.
